 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fabulous little gym right in Ambleside (3 min drive fr centre). Well equipped. Good parking. Opens at 6 and you can buy a day pass online. Go to their website via this listing and then scroll to their facebook page. For some reason the link for day passes isn’t navigable from their website. £10 day pass. Code emailed automatically so you can book on the way if you need to.
